Overview

Level Up Wrestling is seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Coordinator to help manage day-to-day operations and support the continued growth of our programs.

This role works directly with the owner to ensure events, communication, and operational systems run smoothly while helping move important projects forward. The ideal candidate enjoys solving problems, improving systems, and helping a business operate efficiently.

This position will begin as a 90‑day contract role (15–20 hours per week) with the potential to continue long‑term if it is a strong fit.

About Level Up Wrestling

Level Up Wrestling is a year-round wrestling training center for kids ages 5-18 years old. Located in Marietta, Georgia, we work with beginner wrestlers all the way through elite national competitors, having produced multiple state & national champions.

We believe in a positive atmosphere and developing a love for the sport, while also developing the skills necessary to compete at the highest levels.

In addition to wrestling training, we also care about the relationship parents have with their wrestlers and have developed several guides and written a book, “How to Succeed (and Fail) as a Wrestling Parent”.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Logistics

– Coordinate wrestling events including dual meets, rosters, and travel logistics
– Manage scheduling coordination for private lessons with coaches
– Retail & gear management

Marketing Support

– Set up and schedule marketing automation emails inside Kit (email marketing platform)
– Ensure social media content is being posted consistently
– Update website pages when needed
– Help organize content & book marketing efforts

Operational Improvement

– Assist in improving onboarding processes for new members
– Help refine the trial‑to‑membership experience
– Track key performance metrics for different programs
– Help document systems and processes for the organization

Accountability & Project Support

– Help ensure program leaders follow through on responsibilities
– Track progress & KPIs on initiatives
– Assist with business projects such as Sports Performance Center growth, Online Match Review expansion, and other future projects

Ideal Candidate

– Highly organized and detail‑oriented
– Proactive and comfortable taking ownership of responsibilities
– Strong communicator who is comfortable interacting with parents, coaches, and staff
– Enjoys turning ideas into action and helping things move forward
– Reliable and responsive
– Experience or involvement in youth sports (especially wrestling) is a plus but not required

Hours & Structure

– 15–20 hours per week
– Flexible schedule
– Does not have to be local
– Begins as a 90‑day contract role with potential to continue long‑term
– Compensation: $25–$32 per hour, depending on experience and fit
