why level up camps?
There are several options out there, but many camps just show a bunch of “moves” without thinking about how the wrestler will actually retain what they are learning. The purpose of a wrestling camp is to concentrate learning into just a few days so you’ll actually retain and USE what is taught.
built on a system
Technique is broken down into functional parts and built back together, drilling both slowly AND fast to learn how to apply them in a live environment.
maximized retention
Camps are constructed to optimize learning & retention as well as build confidence to apply what is learned in matches.
we get results
Our methods have produced numerous youth & high school state champions, as well as national champions.
competitive & fun
Campers are split into teams that compete throughout the camp, as well as at daily dual meets. In addition, bonus points are given for executing the moves learned at camp!
