We came up with a system that we think will work best for the next couple of months as we navigate this crazy time. This is NOT perfect and may not be ideal for everyone but it’s hopefully just for the summer. As it’s been, this plan is fluid and we’ll have to work out some kinks. If we need to, we could go back to the current system of booking time.

Practices will start back Monday, June 1st. Here’s how it will work:
  • I have pre-grouped approximately 10 kids together based on age, skill & weight. This way if someone in the group has symptoms or tests positive, we can alert everyone.
  • **If you are not comfortable with practices, there will be some times for 2-4 people to book the gym (see below). Please let me know ASAP if you plan to only book time so I can adjust the groups.**
  • Groups have been set based on who has been attending recently. Anyone new wanting to join or start back must email info@levelupwrestling.com and will be added to a group (you cannot just show up to a practice if you haven’t been added to a group).
  • Practice times will incorporate two disparate groups who will not wrestle each other and are spaced out in a different area on the mat.
  • Practice schedule has a 15 min gap between sessions to clean and limit cross-over exposure
  • You will not have to book time to attend practices, but you will have to check in once you get here
  • Everyone must use sanitizer or wash hands before and after training
  • You are encouraged to bring your own water bottles
  • Must agree to and sign the COVID Waiver at https://form.jotform.com/201326614082042
Booking Gym Time Options
If you are not comfortable with the larger groups, you can still book time for 2-4 people but there will be less slots available. You must choose one or the other…you cannot book a time slot AND also practices.
During June:
  • 11, 12 & 1pm and 4pm Mon – Fri
  • 11 – 4pm on Sunday will be available
During July (camps will be happening 9-2 each week)
  • 4pm Mon-Fri
  • 11-4pm on Sunday
