Whether part time or as your fall sport, now that Level Up is open, wrestlers can now train during the fall season and get a leg up on their competition. This can be a big advantage to gaining confidence and growing their skills.

Fall Wrestling SeasonBenefits of practing part-time:

  • Even just 1-2 days a week can keep wrestlers fresh and gain important skills
  • Great supplemental conditioning for other sports
  • Wrestling is fun!

Benefits of a full-time fall season:

  • Stay active by making wrestling your fall sport
  • Prepare for pre-season competitions that start in October (local Georgia tournaments, Super 32, Pre-season Nationals)
  • Consistency will turn new skills into habits

Level Up Practice Schedule

Summer practices are going on right now, but many starting in the fall will being either Aug 3rd or 10th.  The primary winter wrestling season will run Nov – the first week of March.  Check out our Programs page for details on each season.

Fundamentals (designed for beginners or wrestlers who still need to concentrate on the basics)
Tues/Thurs: 5-6pm
Sundays: 2-3pm

5-7yr old Practice (starts Aug 3rd)
Mon/Wed 4-5pm

Open/Experienced Sessions
Mon – Thurs: 6-8pm
Sundays: 3-5pm

Sign-up Options

You can always drop in for $20/session or buy 6 sessions for $100.  Monthly memberships are the best deal, however at $95/month for unlimted open/experienced sessions and $70/month for fundamentals classes.
